Life is good in Vancouver. The kids are back to school, the summer holidays are over and Vancouver has returned to it's regular beat.

The forecast for Vancouver is sunny days ahead. We've had a great warm summer even though it arrived late, and it seems that the sunny days are lingering on.

Beach volleyball on Spanish Banks has become a Vancouver summer tradition. Where else can you find such a beautiful setting?

You have the backdrop of the north-shore mountains and Stanley Park. The Vancouver downtown high-rises reflect the sunset in the evening. And the sound of the ocean waves lapping on the sandy shore remind you that you're in paradise.

Sunrise Breakfast in Vancouver

Here is a beautiful sunrise of Vancouver. These series of photographs were taken from the top of Little Mountain in Vancouver. Sunrise happened at 5:49 am.

Some twenty-five years ago I had a romantic sunrise breakfast with my girlfriend at this location. Now twenty-five years later we shared another sunrise breakfast, but as a married couple.

Coffee and muffins from Breka Bakery were our breakfast fare.
